Ösch Noir

The kitchen of our Michelin star restaurant in the Black Forest offers guests excellent French dishes and modern day culinary influences. Choose between the NOIR MENU and the VERT vegetarian MENU.
On March 3rd, 2020 the gourmet restaurant was awarded the first - and on March, 5th 2021 the second Guide MICHELIN star. On April 4th, 2023 during the MICHELIN Star Revelation 2023 the restaurant was rewarded for the 2nd time with two Guide MICHELIN stars.

Each dish is complemented by a wine recommendation and an excellent service from our sommelier and restaurant manager Michael Häni .
